How does the free trial work?

New partners get a free trial period to test the system with their own FARA records. Please note that free trials are exclusively available to existing FARA users. If you do not have a FARA ID yet, you need to go to hoi.my/register (or read more at hoi.my/joinus) to register for an account so you can access the free trial.

Can I direct clients to my physical branch or office?

Yes! This is one of Liza's best features. You can fully edit the WhatsApp templates to instruct clients to bring their physical documents to your office, call your desk, or renew online.

What is AirTime and how does billing work?

Instead of per-contact fees or seat caps, Liza uses a flexible AirTime billing model based on active service days. You can top up any amount you want (minimum RM10, which gives about 1 week of service). The system automatically recalculates your remaining active days, and the clock ticks continuously to keep your reminder engine running 24/7.

Can I earn free AirTime by referring other agents?

Yes! Our Referral Program rewards you for inviting other runners, agencies, or sub-agents. When they register with your unique code, free AirTime hours are credited straight to your balance, reducing your monthly software overhead to zero.

Is FARA access required?

Yes, absolutely. Liza connects directly to your FARA records and cannot operate without them. If you subscribe to Liza without a FARA ID, you will eventually need to register one to activate the system. You can easily register your FARA account at hoi.my/register.

How are WhatsApp messages sent?

They are sent natively from your own business number. Your customers see your name, your logo, and your business profile, which ensures 100% trust and higher responses.
