Before Liza was a system,
Liza was a person.
The story of how one voice inspired a system dedicated to protecting client trust and relationship volume.
Liza Baharudin: The Voice of Reliability
In the early days of House of Insurance (HOI), when we first started way back in 2014, operating without processes and without systems, just like you today, a young woman named Liza Baharudin joined us as our very first employee.
She quickly became the face and voice that customers associated with our service. When clients called or emailed for help with their insurance, takaful, or renewal, Liza was the one who solved their problems. Whenever things got confusing, clients knew who to ask for.
“Can I speak to Liza?” became the standard request. Customers didn't care about departments or backend processes. They remembered one thing: Liza helped them.
"Can I speak to Liza?"
To our clients, Liza wasn't just an employee. She became the shortcut in their minds for, "Someone will take care of me." We miss her presence dearly, but her legacy of care is preserved forever.
Preserving the name, continuing the service
Eventually, Liza left us to pursue her studies and become a teacher. It was a wonderful transition for her, but it left HOI with a unique challenge: customers still called and searched for Liza.
Liza had become the name of the service itself. Rather than retire the identity, we decided to preserve it. We set up a shared helpdesk under her name so multiple agents could answer and support clients under the name our customers already trusted.
The original Liza had moved on to teach, but Liza the service remained.

Securing the RM1,000 sales volume you built
As HOI grew, we realized that agents and partners faced the same challenge. Ejen put their hearts into acquiring clients, but manual work is overwhelming. Every year, customers slip away simply because of missed follow-ups.
When a client leaves, agents don't just lose a small commission. They lose their gross sales volume (premium), which counts towards carrier tiers, agency standings, and business value. A lost client who pays RM1,000 for a car policy is a loss of RM1,000 in your sales volume.
So, we turned Liza from a shared helpdesk into a complete automation system. Liza checks expiry dates, handles WhatsApp templates from the agent's own number, and syncs directly with FARA records. It is a system built to protect your business.
Volume Protection
Built for real agency economicsLiza operates to preserve the relationship, ensuring the RM1,000 gross premium stays in your book of business.
People move on. A good system remembers.
People resign, people get tired, and people forget. A good system, however, never forgets.
When a client sells their vehicle, Liza automatically stops sending renewal reminders for that vehicle. But Liza doesn't discard the client. The system splits reminders and personal greetings: the friendly birthday wishes continue to fire every year.
This keeps the connection alive. When that customer buys their next vehicle, they come right back to the agent who remembered them. Liza preserves the personal relationship that started HOI, at a scale of thousands of policies.
Over a decade of experience in the motor insurance and takaful market, ever since we first started in 2014, is what we carry inside this software. Today, we share this matured, battle-tested system with the public and agents to help you succeed.

Auto-renewal reminders for that vehicle turn off to avoid spamming.
Birthday Wish (Stays Active)
Personalized greetings continue annually, keeping the agent-client bond strong.
